Keeler Cousins - Genealogy and Photo Album

gennetwork.gif

Joseph Keeler was born Mar 02 1784 in Virginia and he died Jan 08 1878 in Sevier Co TN.  His first wife was Catherine Fox, daughter of Adam Fox Jr and Elizabeth Derrick. She was born abt 1785 in VA and died in 1843 in Sevier Co TN. They had eight known children. This site was created to share genealogy and photographs of their descendants.

Many Keeler and connected family descendants migrated to Texas from the early 1870s to the late 1880s. I have uploaded several pages of photographs from an old family album, most of which have not been identified. Many of these appear to have been taken in Texas. If you recognize any of these photographs, please get in touch.

The photo on the right is Wilburn Alonzo Keeler, great-grandfather of Paulette Cunningham. He was born Oct 24, 1856 in Sevier Co TN, the son of John Duggan Keeler and Mary Ann "Polly" Baker. He married first Nancy C. "Kitty" Fox. They divorced in Texas, and Wilburn remarried in TN, Margaret J. Dockery.
